The name comes from a quote by 19th century author William Blake “Great things are done where men and mountains meet. This is not done by jostling in the street.” It is also a nod to the designers love of nature, the Pacific Northwest and the Rocky Mountains. Their fabrication is exquisite, flawless french seams give the pieces a clean elegant finish. wMM partners with global artisans on a selection of their fabrics and everything is constructed in NYC, along with responsible sourcing they also use Eco friendly fabrics like organic cotton and 100% silk. The style is a refined take on conscious designs. Bold, artistic and high fashion while still retaining a sense of ease and effortlessness, making the pieces wonderfully wearable.
